All harnesses are designed to withstand the harsh environmental conditions found in the mining and farming industries. We can modify any OEM Harness to suit all of your needs.
MEGALiFe Batteries: Supplying MEGALife Lithium Batteries for any vehicle. Has a 3 year warranty. Contains its own back up battery which can be activated with the push of a button. Give us a call for more information or to get one installed.
LC 100 Cross-Cutting Machine: The LC 100 Cross-Cutting Machine cuts cables, shrink sleeves, litz wires and similar profiles. It is exclusively intended for cutting cables, shrink sleeves, litz wires and similar profiles up to 8mm.
Hot Stamp Marking Unit: This new unit to NKJ will print on cables, flat strip cables and tubing made of PVC, polyethylene, polyester, Teflon and rubber-type insulating materials. The Z-283 Hot Stamp Marking System uses a thermal transfer-process that will create high quality labeling. The type, size and number of characters per marking can be adjusted precisely to the application required.
Cobra Braiding Machine: NKJ now has two Harness Braiding Machines for us to make any of your machines harness needs. Great for mining and heavy-duty farming equipment. Our team only uses the best quality braid so you get a harness that lasts longer. Give us a call to get one made!
